On our way to Florida our car was broken in to. After having to replace our passenger window, I thought our vacation was a bust. That was until we got to the Nick Hotel where it all turned around. My 4yr old and 12yr old had a blast. Thanks for all you did for our family vacation!

Your hotel is a really great experience for kids. My kids loved it. It is really great to see how much the kids love to be part of your activities and enjoy the silly games! Keep up the good work, your hotel deserves it. I have nothing but good compliments to share with my family and friends regarding your hotel.

Brad, the warm up host at the Double Dare Live show, treated my kids and family so special. I was so impressed. I meant to fill out a card for him before I left but didn't get a chance. Additionally, the DJ and pool side shows were awesome. You could tell the DJ and the show hosts were really interested in making it special for the kids. Great training your staff! Everything was absolutely perfect! I wish we could have stayed longer. I will recommend this resort to all my friends with kids.

We read some very negative comments about the hotel but found that they were wrong. We had a great time. It is a great place for kids and we (the adults) had fun to. We were given the wrong wrist band when we arrived so therefore did not get the 10% Florida discount until the last day, and it was very difficult to pick up the wi-fi on my ipad, but other than that we all had a great time. Rooms were spacious and clean and we were give lots of towels every day. The kitchen area was large and had everything anyone would need. Security found the kids every time we lost them and everyone was very helpful. Great Hotel! Highly recommend it! The children had a great time. I think you have it all covered.
