Great experience for our family vacation!

When we arrived to the facility the front counter staff was friendly and curtious. They were very busy but did a good job at getting people checked in quickly. (Not a big fan of having to wear wrist bands during entire stay to prove we wear staying at the resort but I understand why.) We were give a first floor room by the stairs, elevators and the walkway between the food court and pool area. Didn't think much about it until going to bed that night. A lot of traffic in the stair well, elevators and walking back and forth from the pool to food court. I went to the front desk to ask for another room. I hate myself for not remembering the young ladies name who helped me but she quickly and without question moved us to a top floor room on the backside of the pool area and I could have not been more pleased. That was great customer service. The room itself was one with bunk beds for the kids and a seperate bedroom for my wife and I with the half kitchen. Very clean and comfortable but a bit dated. The pool areas and entertainment were fantastic. Kids had as much fun there as they did at the theme parks we went to. The quality of food at the foodcourt was not very good and overpriced. We ended up eating of resort most of the time. Resort location is convienent to the major theme parks and to local dining. We are staying there again the week of 10/14/2012.

Kids had an awesome time there. Its all about the kids. Had plenty to do there. Staff was very helpful :) Waterpark was fun & beautiful at night even when it was closed for the night. Loved the 4D show, and the breakfast w characters was entertaining.. Also, the food at Nick Cafe was fab! Thanks for a great 5days

I was so happy the first time i walked through the door. It was my first time i ever been to nickelodeon hotel suites resort. Ive been there more than once.I am going back for spring break. I think everyone should go to nick hotel. Get on the site and book a date. When u go and come back,write a review. Later,I will be able to say, "I told you so!"

i have never stayed there before but it looks so cool and great for kids. i loved nick sense i was a kid my first word was spongebob so i am going this year for my kids birthday
