We had a blast
April 29, 2013,
We just stayed at the Nick hotel for a week with our 2 little girls, ages 1 and 3. We had more fun than I ever thought. The staff is great. So kind and helpful and they go above and beyond to make sure that all their guest are enjoying themselves. My littlest daughter was afraid of all the characters in costume, but instead of seeing her get shy and just moving on, not caring, they took the time to hang out for a bit until she got comfortable enough with them to take a picture. At the pool side bar, I didn't know what to get my husband. He just said somthing with coconut and no pina coladas. I told the bartender and she whipped up a special drink for him. She ran into her about 12 hours later and she stopped to make sure that he did infact enjoy the drink. My kids wanted to have my grown up daiquiri so she made them both virgin versions with gummi worms to make them happy. I could go on and on because there is just so many great things about this hotel but I'll just sum it up by saying, I would recommend this place to anyone and will absolutely come back!

Great Memories
February 15, 2013,
The moment we turned the corner my daughter's eyes popped opened with excitement seeing the Nick Hotel. This was a new experience for us and our family of 3 will be sure to return. The hotel has two big pools and the west pool (smaller pool) has more sunlight which felt better during our February stay. Both include small water slides appropriate for a 3 year old along with bigger slides for older kids. Cabanas can be rented next to the pool with TV's and mini fridges. The bunk bed in a separate room was a novel experience for my young one. The hotel is geared for families so at night it gets quiet early once the kids go to sleep. There is not much within walking distance to the hotel but parking is free and it is very close to Disney and a bit farther to Universal. We took the complementary shuttle to the theme parks saving a $14 parking fee at Magic Kingdom. We look forward to going back once we recoup from the packed lines at Disney.

Best Vacation EVER
February 11, 2013,
My 3 year old could not wait to go to the Nick Hotel, We followed her lead and felt as excited as she did. Nick sends you upcoming emails and makes you feel you are their only guest. We were so excited when we got to the hotel and finally got our room keys only to find the room was on the sixth floor and the elevator closest to the room was broken. I have a handicap which prevents me from walking distances. I was nearly in tears when I finally got to my room. The room was beautiful but I would not be able to leave it as everything was too far for me. 1 call to the front desk changed that. I was so blessed to get Victoria on the phone, she let me rant and rave and even cry and then, evemn though the hotel was totally booked, she managed to get me a room on the first floor. I was speechless, she never lost her calm as I ranted and compared them to Disney and my regret I had not booked at a Disney hotel. Victoria listened, really listened, and fix my issue right away. The rest of our stay was amazing! Everything went better than right! The character breakfast was better than any other character breakfast I have been to, I have been to many! The dinner with the turtles? AMAZING!! Every staff member was nicer then the last. This was the best adventure ever! Thanks Mia for the folio and always being so nice both times I have called and gotten you! Victoria, what can I say? You have been such a God send! The Nick Hotel is the place to be! I can't wait to go back!!! You all rock!!!!

Great place fr family fun
January 16, 2013,
We must say our kids loved and it was a pleasure to see them enjoy themselves so much,One of boys has Down Syndrome and the staff did a great and made sure he was comfortable during the entire stay and our other boy has food allergies and it's one of the only resorts we have ever been to that the chef actually came out and fixed him whatever he wanted and made sure it didn't affect his allergies,The rooms were clean[we had a 2 room suite]spacious enough and all the things you would need,The parks are close to Disney so there is not a lot of travel but you can have fun without ever leaving the park.If you do go you must have breakfast with the characters it is a blast,Thans for a great time and we will be back for sure.
