Safety is our number one priority here at Nickelodeon. It is estimated that six to seven million Americans have food allergies and the number continues to grow, especially in young children. Nickelodeon is striving to become THE leader in the hospitality industry in dealing with the most common food allergens including milk and dairy products, eggs and egg products, fish, shellfish, wheat, soy and soy products, peanuts and tree nuts.
Our designated culinary leaders will be able to inform you of menu items that contain potential allergens and work to develop dining options for you and your family during your stay with us.
We also are building relations with reputable food vendors to ensure that all ingredients meet a high criteria and have specific ingredients lists available for us along with our own detailed informational book kept on hand in our Chefs office.
