Hotel Services

  • What time is check-in and checkout?

    Room check-in begins at 4 p.m. or as your room becomes available. On your day of departure, checkout time is 11 a.m.
  • Can I get a late checkout?

    Late checkout is based on occupancy and availability at the time of the request. For check-out times after 12 p.m., additional charges may apply.
  • When is the best time of year to visit?

    For the best deals, we recommend you visit Sunday - Thursday during the months of September - February. Sign up to receive e-mail updates and special offers by clicking here.
  • Do I have to stay at the resort to experience the amenities, character meals and shows?

    Yes. Our amenities, character breakfasts, character dinners, shows and special events are reserved exclusively for our resort guests.
  • Do you have an ATM?

    Yes, please see a Guest Services team member for location upon arrival.
  • Can I bring my pet?

    Unfortunately, for the health and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow any pets (with the exception of service animals).
  • Do you provide babysitting?

    We do not provide babysitting services. However, we do offer Nick After Dark - a  fully supervised kids program. You can also visit the Front Desk or Guest Services for a list of recommended off-property babysitting services.
  • Do you offer Day Passes?

    No, our resort amenities are reserved for the exclusive use of our guests.
  • Non-smoking suites?

    All of our suites are non-smoking. We are a family resort and strictly adhere to this policy; however, we offer designated outdoor smoking areas.
  • Do you offer a Kosher Menu?

    Our Chefs are available to discuss Kosher options. Please call our team of Chefs to arrange in advance at 407-387-0213.
  • Do you offer special accommodations for guests with food allergies?

    Yes, our team of Chefs are always available to make a menu specific to your needs. Please call in advance to discuss these options. 407-387-0213.
  • Do you have a business center?

    The business center is located near the lobby. High-speed Internet access is available in your suite and Wi-Fi is available in the Mall area. Use of the business center is covered in the resort fee.
  • Do I have access to a fitness room?

    Our fitness facility is open to our guests 6 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week. Towels are provided. This is a service covered in our resort fee.
  • Do I have access to a laundry room?

    The guest laundry room is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are three locations on property to make it accessible for all guests.
  • How big are your in-room refrigerators?

    The one- and three-bedroom suites each have a full-size refrigerator, while each two-bedroom suite comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator.
  • What is the resort fee?

    A Resort Fee of $30 USD, plus tax, per suite, per night will be assessed. The fee covers the following items: Live Shows and Entertainment; Use of the Water Park; Scheduled Bus Transportation to Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios & Animal Kingdom; Wireless Internet in Guest Suites and throughout the Resort; Unlimited Local Telephone Calls; and Parking for One Standard Vehicle (additional standard vehicles are $17 daily; other non-standard vehicle types will incur an additional charge. This fee is not included in the room rate, subject to change without notice, and will be charged  regardless of usage.).
  • What is included in my stay?

    All the action and excitement you could ask for is included when you stay at Nickelodeon Suites Resort. From basketball to mini golf, families will always find activities under the sun. Every day at the Lagoon Pool, get covered in green SLIME at our Mass Sliming. But if it gets too hot outside, come by the Mall to meet Nickelodeon characters or stop by Studio Nick for nightly shows or Dora's Friendship Fiesta. To top it off, all these activities and more are included! Refer to the 411 upon arrival for scheduled shows and activities.

  • Can I take a tour of the property?

    We currently do not offer private tours of the property. However, we invite you to take a Virtual Tour online today.

Security

  • Why do guests have to wear wristbands?

    To ensure the facilities are reserved for the exclusive use of our paying guests, we have installed security gates at all entrances and require all guests over the age of 4 to wear wristbands at all times. Visitors are allowed on property from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. and must be registered with the front desk. Only registered guests may use the amenities of the resort.
  • Are we allowed to have visitors?

    Yes. Visitors must be registered with the front desk. Parking is $17 per standard vehicle. Visitors are only allowed on property during visiting hours of 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. The amenities of the resort are for registered guests only.

Entertainment & Recreation

  • Can we reserve seating for the Studio Nick shows?

    Yes, advanced reservations for shows are required. Once you have checked into the hotel, you can reserve your tickets in advance for our nightly, live interactive stage shows in Studio Nick. Tickets and show times are available at the Guest Services desk in the Mall.
  • Does the hotel do anything special for birthdays?

    Coming to the Nick Hotel is a birthday celebration! Upon check-in, every birthday kid receives a Nick Hotel Birthday pin to wear during their stay. Birthday kids will be acknowledged with a special Birthday song while dining at Nicktoons Cafe, while attending Nick Studio shows, and by our employees throughout the resort.   • Where can I purchase discounted tickets to theme parks?

    Discounted tickets for Sea World, Wet-n-Wild, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and other promotional events within the parks are available at our Destination Universal desk, located in our Nick Stuff store in the Mall.
  • Can we meet the Nickelodeon characters?

    There are many opportunities to see your favorite Nickelodeon Character while visiting us. You can always find them at our daily Character Breakfast, strolling through the mall, or you can schedule a private meet and greet. To reserve seats at Character Breakfast, visit Guest Services during your stay. Reservations are required and can only be made while staying on property. Charges apply.

Transportation

  • Can you provide directions to the hotel?

  • Does the hotel provide transportation?

    Guests enjoy complimentary scheduled shuttle service to/from the four Disney Theme parks, provided by Maingate Transportation Shuttle services, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Transportation to Universal Orlando, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld and Wet n' Wild are provided by Destination Universal. Transportation to Halloween Horror Nights is not included. Reservations are required one day in advance. Reservations for wheelchair passengers must be made no later than 24 hours in advance and must match regular shuttle departure and returns.   • Is there parking available at the hotel?

    Yes, one standard vehicle per occupied room. First standard vehicle is included in the resort fee; each additional vehicle and guest parking is $17 per standard car, $34 per car with trailer, $85 per Motor Home and $136 per Semi and Coach Bus.

Pool Complexes

Please note -

The Lagoon pool and its seven awesome slides, flumes, and 400-gallon dump tank are open seven days a week. Dont miss the Mass Sliming at 4:45 p.m. daily. *Lagoon and Oasis pool hours are subject to change without notice. During your stay, please refer to the 411 for specific hours of operation. Join us for the slime of your life!
  • Do the pools and slides close for inclement weather?

    In order to continue our commitment to your families safety while on property, it is our policy to close certain pool areas during severe weather. The pool areas are closed when lightning is in the area and reopened as soon as weather permits.
  • What are the normal operating hours of the pools and water slides?

    Current Seasonal Hours of Operation are:
    Lagoon Pool - Daily 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
    Lagoon Slides - Daily 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
    Oasis Pool - Saturday & Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
    Oasis Slides - Saturday & Sunday 10:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
    Lagoon and Oasis pool hours are subject to change without notice. During your stay, please refer to the 411 for specific hours of operation.
  • Are there minimum height requirements to use the slides?

    Yes. All slides that do not enter the pool have a minimum height requirement of 40". Our two Oasis pool slides have a minimum height requirement of 48" due to the entry-depth of the water. Guests between 40" and 48" are permitted to go down the slides while wearing an approved life jacket.
  • Is there a policy regarding swim pants?

    Yes. All children under 4 years of age must wear protective swim pants while in our pools. Please do your part in ensuring that the pool remains open and safe for everyone to enjoy. Our goal is to provide a fun and safe atmosphere for everyone at our resort.
  • Is there a whirlpool?

    Yes. Whirlpools are located at the Lagoon and Oasis pools. Children under the age of 13 are ony permitted in the Family Spa whirlpools due to health and safety risks.
  • Should I bring towels?

    We provide complimentary pool towels during your stay.
  • Can other people use the pools?

    Our pools are exclusively reserved for Nick Hotel guests.
  • Can I bring a cooler or tote bag with food into the pool area?

    We are unable to allow coolers or carry-in food into the pool area for safety and health code reasons. However, our Oasis and Lagoon Bar & Shop is conveniently located within our pool areas and provides a variety of food and beverage items for you to purchase.
  • What is the age requirement for children to be in the pool area by themselves?

    We do require that all children are accompanied by a parent or guardian. However, children who are 13 years of age or older may be in the pool areas by themselves.
  • Are our pools and spas accessible for guests with disabilities?

    Yes, our pools and spas are fully accessible to guests with disabilities.
  • Are lifejackets permitted?

    Complimentary life jackets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
