What time is check-in and checkout?
Room check-in begins at 4 p.m. or as your room becomes available. On your day of departure, checkout time is 11 a.m.
Can I get a late checkout?
Late checkout is based on occupancy and availability at the time of the request. For checkout times after 12 p.m., additional charges may apply.
When is the best time of year to visit?

Do I have to stay at the resort to experience the amenities, character meals and shows?
No. We have day passes available to enjoy our amenities, including character breakfast, character dinner, water parks, shows and special events. Only available Monday - Thursday. Find out more about day passes by clicking here.
Do you have an ATM?
Yes. Please see a Guest Services team member for location upon arrival.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, for the health and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow any pets (with the exception of service animals).
Do you provide babysitting?
We do not provide babysitting services.

Do you offer non-smoking suites?
All of our suites are non-smoking. We are a family resort and recognize the hazards caused by exposure to environmental tobacco smoke as well as the life threatening diseases linked to the use of all forms of tobacco products. We strictly adhere to this policy. However, we offer five (5) designated outdoor smoking areas for our guests who do smoke. These are the only areas where smoking is allowed.
Are E-cigarettes or the use of smoking devices without ignition permitted?
We have established a non-smoking resort environment. This includes smoking devices without igniters such as "E-cigarettes." We strictly adhere to this policy. However, we offer five (5) designated outdoor smoking areas for our guests who do smoke. These are the only areas where smoking is allowed.
Do you offer a kosher menu?
Our chefs are available to discuss kosher options. Please call our team of chefs to arrange in advance at 407-387-0213.
Do you offer special accommodations for guests with food allergies?
Yes. Our chefs can take care of your allergy needs – gluten, dairy, Celiac’s, soy, peanut and tree nut. Please call 407-387-0213 or ask for a chef at your next meal.
Do you have a business center?
The business center is located near the lobby. WiFi is available in your suite and throughout the resort. Use of the business center is covered in the resort fee.
Do I have access to a fitness room?
Our fitness room is open to our guests 6 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week. Towels are provided. This is a service covered in our resort fee.
Do I have access to a laundry room?
The guest laundry room is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are three locations on property to make it accessible for all guests.
How big are your in-room refrigerators?
The One- and Three-Bedroom Suites each have a full-size refrigerator, while each Two-Bedroom Suite comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator.
What is the resort fee?
A Resort Fee of $35 USD, plus tax, per suite, per night will be assessed. The fee covers the following items: Live Shows and Entertainment; Use of the Water Park; Scheduled Bus Transportation to Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios & Animal Kingdom; Wireless Internet in Guest Suites and throughout the Resort; Unlimited Local Telephone Calls; use of the Business Center and Parking for One Standard Vehicle (additional standard vehicles are $17 daily; other non-standard vehicle types will incur an additional charge.) What is included in my stay?
All the action and excitement you could ask for is included when you stay at Nickelodeon Suites Resort. From basketball to mini golf, families will always find activities under the sun. Every day at the Lagoon Pool, get covered in green SLIME at our Mass Sliming. But if it gets too hot outside, come by the Mall to meet Nickelodeon characters or stop by Studio Nick for shows like Double Dare Live. To top it off, all these activities and more are included! Can I take a tour of the property?
We currently do not offer private tours of the property, but invite you to take a Virtual Tour online. For group sales and group room blocks over 10 rooms per night, please call our Sales Department at 407-387-1817 to arrange a site visit.
Why do guests have to wear wristbands?
To ensure the facilities are exclusive to our paying guests, we have installed security gates at all entrances and all guests over the age of 4 are required to wear wristbands at all times. Visitors are allowed on property from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. Only registered guests may use the amenities of the resort.
Are we allowed to have visitors?
Yes. Visitors are allowed on property during visiting hours of 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. Visitor parking is $17 per standard vehicle.
Are my guests allowed to use the amenities?
Visitors who join registered guests of the resort and do not purchase a day pass may accompany the registered guest to The Marketplace dining outlets, 4-D Experience Theater and Arcade. Visitors MAY NOT join registered guests at the Lagoon and Oasis Pool areas, shows in Studio Nick and special events unless a day pass is purchased. These locations and amenities are reserved for registered guests of the resort and day pass holders, and visitors will not be granted access to these areas. Remember, visitors will be charged $17 per standard vehicle parked on property.
Entertainment & Recreation
Can we reserve seating for the Studio Nick shows?
Yes, advanced reservations for shows are required. Once you have checked into the hotel, you can make your reservation for our live, interactive stage shows at Guest Services. Check the 411 weekly schedule of events for show times.
Does the hotel do anything special for birthdays?
Coming to the Nick Hotel for a birthday celebration? Upon check-in, every birthday kid receives a Nick Hotel Birthday pin to wear during their stay. Birthday kids will be acknowledged with a special Birthday song while dining at Nicktoons Café, while attending Nick Studio shows, and by our employees throughout the resort. Where can I purchase discounted tickets to theme parks?
Discounted tickets for SeaWorld Orlando, Wet ‘n Wild, Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, and other promotional events within the parks are available at our Destination Universal desk, located in our Nick Stuff store in The Marketplace.
Can we meet the Nickelodeon characters?
There are many opportunities to see your favorite Nickelodeon characters while visiting us. You can always find them at our character breakfast, at our meet & greet areas in The Marketplace, or you can schedule a private meet & greet. Appearance times are available on the 411 weekly schedule of events. To reserve seats at a character breakfast, visit Guest Services during your stay. Reservations are required and can only be made while staying on property. Charges apply.

Does the hotel provide transportation?
Included in the resort fee, guests enjoy complimentary scheduled shuttle service to/from the four Walt Disney World theme parks, provided by Maingate Transportation Shuttle services, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Transportation to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld and Wet ‘n Wild is provided complimentary by Destination Universal. Reservations are required and is based on space availability. Transportation to special events is not included. Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, one standard vehicle per occupied room. First standard vehicle is included in the resort fee; each additional vehicle and guest parking is $17 per standard car, $34 per car with trailer, $85 per Motor Home and $136 per Semi and Coach Bus, per day.
Please note - The Lagoon pool and its seven awesome slides, flumes, and 400-gallon dump tank are open seven days a week. Dont miss the Mass Sliming at 4:45 p.m. daily. *Lagoon and Oasis pool hours are subject to change without notice. During your stay, please refer to the 411 for specific hours of operation.
Do the pools and slides close for inclement weather?
In order to continue our commitment to your family's safety while on property, it is our policy to close certain pool areas during severe weather. The pool areas are closed when lightning is in the area and reopened as soon as weather permits.
What are the normal operating hours of the pools and water slides?
Lagoon and Oasis pool hours are subject to change without notice. During your stay, please refer to the 411 for specific hours of operation.
Are there minimum height requirements to use the slides?
Yes. All slides have a minimum height requirement of 40". There are two slides at the Oasis Pool that enter into deeper water requiring children 40-48 inches to wear a lifejacket
Is there a policy regarding swim pants?
Yes. All children under 4 years of age must wear protective swim pants while in our pools. Please do your part in ensuring that the pool remains open and safe for everyone to enjoy. Our goal is to provide a fun and safe atmosphere for everyone at our resort.
Is there a whirlpool?
Yes. Whirlpools are located at the Lagoon and Oasis pools. Children under the age of 13 are ony permitted in the Family Spa whirlpools due to health and safety risks.
Should I bring towels?
We provide complimentary pool towels at the pool during your stay.
Can other people use the pools?
Our pools are exclusively reserved for Nick Hotel guests and day pass holders.
Can I bring a cooler or tote bag with food into the pool area?
We are unable to allow coolers or carry-in food into the pool area for safety and health code reasons. However, our Oasis Pool Snack Bar and Lagoon Bar & Shop are conveniently located within our pool areas and provides a variety of food and beverage items for you to purchase.
What is the age requirement for children to be in the pool area by themselves?
Safety is our number 1 priority. We do require all children ages 12 and under to be accompanied by a parent or guardian age 18 or older. Children age 13 or older may be in the pool areas by themselves; but may not be responsible for other children.
Are our pools and spas accessible for guests with disabilities?
Yes, our pools and spas are fully accessible to guests with disabilities.
Are lifejackets permitted?
Yes. Only U.S. Coast Guard-approved floatation devices are acceptable. Complimentary life jackets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
